[FFX] mathfont missing

install fonts for MathML

Following the links provide by Fonts for MathML-enabled Mozilla, there are two font-sets for MathML:
1. TeX's Computer Modern Fonts
2. Mathematica 4.1 TrueType Fonts

Extract all font files to the system font directory and modify ffx pref.js by adding:
user_pref("font.mathfont-family", "CMSY10, CMEX10, Math1, Math2, Math4, Symbol");
